Chagos Archipelago

The first question will come to your mind is what is the Chagos Archipelago. Let's simplify this, Archipelago word stands for a group of Islands or a chain of Islands. So the Chagos Archipelago is a group of seven atolls comprising more than 60 Islands in the Indian Ocean about 500 kilometers south of the Maldives. The Chagos Archipelago had been part of Mauritius since the 18th century. Before Mauritian independence in 1965, The United Kingdom split the Archipelago from the territory of Mauritius. Why the United Kingdom did this, to form the British Territory in the Indian Ocean.   And also UK permitted  USA to use Diego Gracia (an Island)  for their defense purposes. China is pushing ahead with a lot of these things. So the question arises here, Is it good to create an artificial moon or sun?
