A sad incident occurred on 19 October 2018, in which more than 60 people lost their lives when a train crashed into them, and the only mistake they did was going to an event related to Ravan Dahan (Dusshera).
So many questions arose after this sad accident, the most asked question is, "Who is responsible for this tragedy"?
The people who died on those railway tracks,
Or the event organizer,
Or the Indian railways,
Or the state government of Punjab?
Maybe this tragedy happened because the crowd were standing on the railway tracks but why they were gathered there.
What was the event organizer doing on that day, Did he even think about the safety plan before organizing an event which obviously going to gather the crowd in huge amount, nearby the railway tracks?
This incident should not have happened.
